1.Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account on 69jlq, accessing the website at 69jlq.org, or using any product or service offered by 69jlq — including but not limited to casino games, sports betting, bingo, slots, and live dealer tables — you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, as well as any supplementary rules, policies, or guidelines published on the platform from time to time.

Where duplicate accounts are identified, 69jlq reserves the right to close all associated accounts and forfeit any balances therein.

Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation may result in withdrawal holds or account suspension.

3.Account Responsibilities

3.1 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 69jlq login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. 69jlq will not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from unauthorised access to your account where such access results from your failure to maintain adequate security of your credentials.

3.2 Account Information Accuracy

You are responsible for ensuring that all personal information associated with your 69jlq account remains accurate and up to date. Changes to your registered name, address, mobile number, or payment method must be communicated to the support team promptly and may be subject to additional verification.

3.3 Account Inactivity

A 69jlq account that has recorded no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months will be classified as dormant. 69jlq may apply an inactivity fee of up to ₱100 per month to dormant account balances, following written notification to the registered email address on file. Dormant accounts may be reactivated by contacting 69jlq support and completing re-verification.

4.Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

69jlq currently accepts the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, USDT (TRC-20 and ERC-20), and Bitcoin. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change without prior notice.

4.2 Deposit Terms

• All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply per payment method and are displayed at the point of transaction.
• Deposits are generally credited to your 69jlq account within minutes. Delays attributable to payment processors are outside 69jlq's control.
• 69jlq does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges.

4.3 Withdrawal Terms

• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to method availability.

• KYC verification must be completed before the first withdrawal is released. 69jlq reserves the right to request additional verification documents for withdrawals above specified thresholds.

4.4 Currency

The 69jlq platform operates in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) as its primary currency. Cryptocurrency deposits are converted to PHP at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of deposit. 69jlq is not responsible for exchange rate fluctuations.

5.Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Conditions

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered the number of times specified in the applicable promotion before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements vary by promotion type.

69jlq reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim bonus funds and any associated winnings where there is evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim multiple bonuses, exploiting loopholes, using low-risk betting strategies designed to circumvent wagering requirements, or any other conduct deemed to constitute systematic exploitation of the bonus system.

6.Gaming Rules

6.1 Game Integrity

All casino games available on the 69jlq platform — including slots, live dealer tables, bingo, and virtual sports — are operated using certified random number generators (RNG) or are streamed in real time from regulated live casino studios. Game outcomes are fair and independent of prior results.

6.2 Betting Rules

Sports betting markets on 69jlq are governed by the specific rules applicable to each sport, competition, and market type. 6.3 Disconnection Policy

In the event of a game malfunction — including software errors, display errors, or incorrect odds — 69jlq reserves the right to void all bets and game rounds affected by the malfunction and return stakes to the accounts of affected members. Winnings resulting from a demonstrable malfunction are not valid and will not be paid.

7.Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 69jlq platform and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of all balances, and reporting to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false personal information during registration or KYC; using stolen or fraudulently obtained payment credentials; impersonating another person.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Use of Automated Software: Using bots, scripts, macros, or any automated means to interact with the 69jlq platform without express written consent.

• Money Laundering: Using the 69jlq platform to launder money or finance any illegal activity. 69jlq is obligated to report suspicious transactions to the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC) of the Philippines.
• Chargebacks: Initiating unauthorised chargebacks or payment reversals through your bank or payment provider. Members who initiate fraudulent chargebacks will be permanently banned and pursued for recovery of funds.
• Multiple Accounts: Operating more than one account to exploit promotions or circumvent restrictions.

8.Responsible Gaming

Any account found to be operated by a person under 21 years of age will be closed immediately and all funds will be returned to the depositing payment method after identity verification.

9.Intellectual Property

All content on the 69jlq platform — including but not limited to the 69jlq brand name, logo, website design, software, graphics, text, and game content — is the exclusive intellectual property of 69jlq or its licensed content providers. All rights are reserved.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 69jlq platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This licence does not permit you to reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any 69jlq content without prior written consent.

Any unauthorised use of 69jlq intellectual property may result in civil and criminal liability under applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

10.Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 69jlq, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, arising from or in connection with your use of or inability to use the platform.

69jlq's total aggregate liability to any member for any claim arising from the use of the platform shall not exceed the total value of funds held in that member's account at the time the claim arose.

69jlq does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. You access and use the platform at your own risk.

11.Privacy & Data

The collection, use, storage, and disclosure of your personal data by 69jlq is governed by the 69jlq Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms & Conditions and is incorporated herein by reference. By accepting these Terms, you also consent to the processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

69jlq complies with the Republic of the Philippines Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and all applicable data protection regulations. Your personal information will not be sold to third parties. 12.Amendments to These Terms

69jlq reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time and at its sole discretion. Your continued use of the 69jlq platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure by contacting 69jlq support.

The version of these Terms bearing the most recent "Last Updated" date shown at the top of this page supersedes all prior versions.

13.Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

Prior to initiating formal legal proceedings, members are encouraged to raise disputes directly with 69jlq through the support team. 69jlq is committed to resolving member disputes fairly and in a timely manner. The internal complaints procedure does not affect your statutory rights under Philippine law.
